Service and price
BananaUp is a wellness service for recording body measurements, daily condition, lifestyle and Routine activity. Premium costs ¥980 per month or ¥4,980 per year. The checkout screen controls the displayed tax treatment, campaigns and other purchase conditions.
Payment and timing
Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout. The first charge is made when the purchase is completed and recurring charges are made at renewal. BananaUp does not retain the full card number.
Delivery
Premium features such as cloud sync and AI analysis are normally available immediately after payment is confirmed. Authentication, payment and network conditions may delay activation.
Cancellation and renewal
Premium renews automatically. Cancel before the next renewal through the billing controls in the app or the Stripe billing portal. The checkout and Stripe display control when cancellation takes effect and how long access continues.
Refunds
Because Premium is a digital service, refunds after access begins follow the checkout screen, the Terms and Stripe's conditions except where a refund is required by law. For duplicate charges, contact us with the account and order date via the contact form.
Requests for business information
Request an address, telephone number or other information that must be disclosed by law through the contact form. We will verify the requester and respond as required by law.
