Privacy policy

1. Information we handle

Setup and records may include birth year and month, body measurements, daily condition information such as sleep, stress, alcohol, EQ, ease of maintaining erection firmness, morning erection condition, lifestyle details, Routine completion, official Supplement intake status, and an optional user-entered Supplement amount and unit. The initial setup includes age confirmation and body measurements. This information may be health-related, so please enter only what you need. When you sign in, we handle the account identifier, email address and sign-in method needed for authentication.

2. Local storage and cloud sync

In the Free version, records are normally kept in the browser on your device. Only when a Premium user uses cloud backup and chooses to save are check-ins, routines, supplements, and the plan and settings saved to the cloud. Size measurements and target sizes are never saved to the cloud, and nothing is sent automatically. To manage AI usage, each account's remaining AI questions and the records of granting, using, and returning them (without any question content) are stored even if you do not use cloud backup.

3. AI analysis

AI features (AI analysis and Ask BananaUp) are available to Premium users. Agreeing to the Terms and this Privacy Policy includes consent to sending the information below when you use an AI feature. Information is sent only when you run an AI feature, and records are never sent to the AI at any other time. AI can be used up to three times a day (granted daily on Japan time; a question is returned if the AI processing fails). When a request is made, only information needed for the question is temporarily sent to the Google Gemini API (Google LLC, United States) or OpenAI API (OpenAI, United States): sleep, alcohol, stress, EQ, ease of maintaining erection firmness, morning erection condition, official Routine IDs and completion information, official Supplement names and intake status, and an optional user-entered Supplement amount and unit. BananaUp does not automatically add names, email addresses, user IDs, Stripe IDs or payment details, Custom Routines, or saved free-form notes to the AI input. Saved length, girth, target values, percentiles, measurement trends, size-derived scores, and other specific body-size information are not included in the automatic AI input. Ask BananaUp accepts free-form questions, but the screen asks you not to enter or send personal size information. Anything the user enters in the free-form question may be sent to the AI as entered. Saved size information is never automatically appended to the question. BananaUp does not store the raw AI input in its database. Provider retention and abuse-monitoring practices are governed by the AI provider's current terms. Generated results are stored on your device and are included in your backup if you use cloud backup. AI output is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Providers and payments

We use authentication, database, AI-processing and payment providers only as needed to provide the selected feature. BananaUp does not hold the full card number; payment details are processed by Stripe. Provider processing is subject to the provider's terms and privacy information.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on the home page, articles, free checks, public routines, information pages and /app to understand website and app traffic. We measure page views, session starts and engagement time. We also measure views of each initial setup screen, landing views, start clicks, app arrivals, first-record completion without record values, Premium offer views, plan selection, checkout starts, login or consent blocks, checkout redirects, returns or cancellations, Premium activation and continuing for free. Other button actions, scrolling and form input are not measured; enhanced measurement is disabled. Google also receives browser and device information, approximate location and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Public pages send their URL and selected advertising attribution parameters, excluding arbitrary query strings and URL fragments. Referrers are limited to their domain. In the app, the page URL is fixed to /app and the referrer to the home page. /app/routine-log does not load the tag. Routine completion, supplement amounts, notes, measurements, answers, authentication data and account identifiers are not sent to GA4. 5. Inquiries

The contact form receives your name, email address, topic and message so that we can reply and investigate. The sender IP address may be used temporarily to prevent abuse. Inquiry information is used for support and service operations.

6. Deletion and requests

Delete browser records from the app settings or your browser's site-data controls. When you delete your account, BananaUp confirms that Premium is inactive and immediately deletes the records saved to the cloud, your account information, and your billing and AI usage history. Only a record of the deletion time is kept. The authentication account and records needed for legal obligations, abuse prevention, or payment support are outside this deletion and may require a request to the relevant provider. 7. Changes

We may update this policy when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced in the service where appropriate.
