BananaUp lets you choose where personal wellness records are kept and when they are sent for processing.

1. Information we handle
Setup and records may include birth year and month, body measurements, daily condition information such as sleep, stress, alcohol, EQ, ease of maintaining erection firmness, morning erection condition, lifestyle details, Routine completion, official Supplement intake status, and an optional user-entered Supplement amount and unit. The initial setup includes age confirmation and body measurements. This information may be health-related, so please enter only what you need. When you sign in, we handle the account identifier, email address and sign-in method needed for authentication.
2. Local storage and cloud sync
In the Free version, records are normally kept in the browser on your device. Only a Premium user who explicitly enables cloud sync can manually sync selected records to the cloud. Records for which cloud sync is off are not sent automatically. To enforce the daily AI usage limit, minimal account, period, usage-count and reset-time metadata may still be stored even when cloud sync is off.
3. AI analysis
AI analysis is available only when a Premium user separately and explicitly enables AI analysis. AI use is limited to three requests per user per day. When a request is made, only information needed for the question is temporarily sent to the Google Gemini API: sleep, alcohol, stress, EQ, ease of maintaining erection firmness, morning erection condition, official Routine IDs and completion information, official Supplement names and intake status, and an optional user-entered Supplement amount and unit. BananaUp does not automatically add names, email addresses, user IDs, Stripe IDs or payment details, Custom Routines, or saved free-form notes to the AI input. Saved length, girth, target values, percentiles, measurement trends, size-derived scores, and other specific body-size information are not included in the automatic AI input. Ask BananaUp accepts free-form questions, but the screen asks you not to enter or send personal size information. Anything the user enters in the free-form question may be sent to the AI as entered. Saved size information is never automatically appended to the question. BananaUp does not store the raw AI input in its database. Provider retention and abuse-monitoring practices are governed by the AI provider's current terms. The latest generated result is stored only when cloud sync is enabled. Even with cloud sync off, minimal account, period, usage-count and reset-time metadata may be stored to enforce the daily AI limit. AI output is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Providers and payments
We use authentication, database, AI-processing and payment providers only as needed to provide the selected feature. BananaUp does not hold the full card number; payment details are processed by Stripe. Provider processing is subject to the provider's terms and privacy information.
5. Inquiries
The contact form receives your name, email address, topic and message so that we can reply and investigate. The sender IP address may be used temporarily to prevent abuse. Inquiry information is used for support and service operations.
6. Deletion and requests
Delete browser records from the app settings or your browser's site-data controls. When you schedule account deletion, BananaUp confirms that Premium is inactive and deletes synced daily records, profile data, and the latest AI result after 30 days. Signing in again during that period cancels the scheduled deletion. The authentication account and records needed for legal obligations, abuse prevention, or payment support are outside this deletion and may require a request to the relevant provider. 7. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced in the service where appropriate.
