Please review these terms before using BananaUp.

1. Eligibility and input
BananaUp is intended for people aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for having permission to enter them. Do not enter another person's information without permission.
2. Nature of the service
BananaUp records body measurements, daily condition and lifestyle information for personal comparison and reflection. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, enlarge or guarantee a physical or sexual outcome, timing or result. Stop and consult a medical professional if you have pain or an unusual symptom.
3. Records and AI
Check your records and storage choice yourself. AI analysis is available only to Premium users who have given the relevant consent and provides reference information about patterns in the submitted records. Do not use it as a substitute for medical care or as a reason to perform dangerous exercises, traction or device use.
4. Premium subscription and payment
Premium is a recurring subscription of ¥980 per month or ¥4,980 per year. The checkout screen and Stripe billing portal control the displayed tax treatment, billing date, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Cancellation may stop the next renewal while access continues through the current period. Feature activation can be delayed by authentication, payment or network conditions.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the service in violation of law or public order, to enter a third party's data without permission, to interfere with operations, to access systems improperly, or to send malicious or excessive requests.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable because of a device, browser, network or provider outage. Device-local records can be affected by browser storage deletion or device changes, so keep any export you need. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms when necessary.
