Start in this order
Start with setup
Follow the first-time setup to enter a baseline, goal, lifestyle information, and routines you are interested in. You can change these later from Settings or the Routine Library.
Add a routine
- Open “Routine” in the bottom navigation
You will see My routines, Today’s plan, and the Routine Library.
- Find a routine in the Routine Library
Use a category or search by name or tag. Select “Details” to read the target, instructions, and cautions.
- Turn on the card toggle
The routine moves into My routines and can appear in Today’s plan.
- Turn the same toggle off to remove it
You can remove it from the Library or My routines. All 25 official routines are available to add and log in the Free version.
Record today
Today’s check-in
From Home, select “Today’s check-in”. Choose a date, then enter EQ, erection stability, sleep hours, daily stress, morning erection, and alcohol. Select “Save”.
You can choose today or one of the previous seven days. You can save only the fields you have available.
Log a routine
Select “Log activity” or “Log” on the Routine screen. Choose the routine and status (completed or skipped), add time, sets, or repetitions when relevant, and select “Save”.
Items derived from Daily Log, such as Sleep 7h+ and Alcohol-Free Day, are recorded through the check-in.
Record a measurement
Select “Record measurement” on Home, enter a measurement taken under the same conditions, and select “Record”. You do not need to measure every day.
Keeping the measurement time and your physical condition consistent, while leaving time between measurements, makes it easier to compare changes accurately.
Review progress
- Open “Progress” in the bottom navigation
Your measurements and record trends are shown there.
- Choose a period
Use 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or the full period at the top of the screen.
- Read the chart together with the number of records
Do not judge a change from one day alone. Comparisons that do not have enough records are not forced into a result.
What you can manage in Settings
Open “Settings” in the bottom navigation to manage storage, AI analysis, notifications, units, data export, and deletion. The Information section links to this guide and Privacy.
